CONE GUARD

Protects and repairs combine transition cones.
Designed and built in the USA, this patented solution repairs worn and damaged transition cones in Case IH combines. Made from five panels of 10-gauge, high abrasion-resistant steel, Cone Guard is designed to fit existing transition cones without any modification.

CAGE GUARD

Cage Guard protects and repairs combine rotor cages.
Designed to extend 14.5” from the front to just past the first vane, Cage Guard protects the front portion of the rotor cage where damage occurs. With precision engineering, the first cage vane will continue to have the 3-position adjustability and extend the life of your rotor cage. Made from high abrasion-resistant steel, Cage Guard is a long-lasting, cost-effective solution for combines with manual and auto-adjusting rotor cages.

COVER GUARD

Protects and repairs combine front covers.
This three-piece design is stitch-welded in place to repair and protect the front cover. Made of high abrasion-resistant steel, Cover Guard effectively covers the holes and weak spots that leak crops as you are harvesting. Even if holes are not noticeable, Cover Guard provides the peace of mind that comes with knowing your combine is protected.

CONE GUARD LEGACY

This is the same great quality as the original Cone Guard in a different size. There’s no need to pull the rotor to install this solution.

CHROME SERIES

Chrome coated products.
Chrome is very hard, which helps it resist abrasion. When tested against abrasive objects like sand, coal, and fiberglass, chrome has a wear rate that’s 100 times better than hardened steels or nickel alloys. Chrome has a low coefficient of friction, which means less drag and less heat generated when parts or material rub together.

A day in the life of a farmer is not an easy one. We know because we are a family farmers. When we first developed Cone Guard, it wasn’t because we were a large, commercial wholesaler just looking ot make a dollar. We were a family-owned farm looking for the best way to fix a common problem.

Cone Guard products were designed and tested using real-world applications rather than in an air-conditioned lab in a big city and farm-tested right here in our own fields. SHIPPED VIA UPS

Unlike alternative products, we do not ship via freight. Our products are shipped via UPS and do not require the coordination of a forklift offload, saving you money from the very start.
